Taylah is a fully qualified Osteopath who graduated with her Masters of Osteopathy from Southern Cross University in the Northern rivers of NSW.

Taylah treats people from the age five to the elderly. She uses a fluid combination of direct and gentle techniques in her hands-on approach. While she treats all types of people and conditions in her practice, she has a special focus on treating and managing acute conditions, chronic pain management, headaches, sporting injuries as well as supporting mothers on their pre- and postpartum journeys.

Taylah’s interest in health and the human body stemmed from her many years of work in remedial massage. She is passionate about osteopathy and the continual learning that the profession offers. Taylah has undertaken several post-graduate courses, including myofascial anatomy, dry needling, women’s health, structural cranial and visceral osteopathy.

In her practice, Taylah is dedicated to fostering a warm and compassionate environment for her patients. She employs a diverse toolkit to promote healing and well-being., drawing from a diverse range of osteopathic techniques. From soft tissue massage, myofascial release and muscle energy techniques to joint mobilisation, spinal manipulation and visceral osteopathy.

Taylah sees the patient as a whole person — of body, mind and spirit. She aims to help her patients understand their specific diagnosis and its effect on the person as a whole, through the relationships of biomechanics, body systems and more, empowering them to actively participate in their healing journey.
