Lucy Lavery

OSTEOPATH B.App.Sc.(Osteo); BHSc

Lucy completed her Bachelor of Health Science/Applied Science (Osteopathy) at RMIT University. She seeks to find the underlying cause of an issue to provide effective, long-lasting relief for her patients. She has a strong interest in treating chronic conditions and caring for women throughout all stages of pregnancy. Lucy also enjoys treating postural related complaints such as neck and back pain, jaw pain and headaches.

As a keen cross-country runner, Lucy found herself at the local Osteopath on several occasions throughout her teenage years. Having experienced the benefits of osteopathy firsthand, she was naturally drawn to the profession. Lucy loves the problem-solving aspect of Osteopathy and working together with patients to achieve their personal health and wellbeing goals. Her view that no two people are the same is reflective in her treatment and management plans. Lucy has gained many years of experience treating patients and having a practice in rural Victoria for 7 years before moving to the Shoalhaven in 2023. Lucy is also registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a current member of Osteopathy Australia.

Lucy was drawn to the Shoalhaven because of its environmental diversity and friendly community. When she isn’t in the clinic you will find her exploring the beautiful Shoalhaven with her family or down at the dog beach with her fur child.
